Are Blesii toys safe for children?
Yes. Our toys are designed with safety in mind and are suitable for supervised play. Age recommendations are mentioned on each product page and should be followed.
Why do toys look slightly different from the images?
Each Blesii toy is handcrafted. Natural variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are part of the material and the making process. These differences are expected and celebrated, making every piece unique.
How long does shipping take within India?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your city and the courier partner.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. All orders placed within India include a GST-compliant invoice. The invoice will be shared digitally once your order is confirmed or dispatched.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Our toys are handcrafted from natural wood and finished with non toxic, child safe paints and oils. All finishes are selected to meet applicable safety standards for children.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Orders can be edited or cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

What does “Pre-Order” mean?

How should I care for my wooden toys?
Store toys in a clean, dry place away from moisture and direct heat. To clean, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not soak or submerge in water.
Can I use more than one promo code?
