Shopping and delivery in Canada

Where do Canadian orders ship from?

Canadian orders ship from Ontario within 1 business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer; see your estimated arrival date at checkout. Read our shipping information.

Which currency will I pay in?

For delivery in Canada, prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Review your currency and order total at checkout before paying.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Canada is $9.99 CAD. Review available shipping options, charges, and applicable taxes at checkout before payment.

Can I return a toy?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original packaging and all parts. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage; original shipping is non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection, plus any bank processing time. Read the returns details.

Can I mix and match wooden cars for a bundle?

Yes. Choose any combination of Mono, Tulip, Toto, Drift, and Halo wooden cars. Save 5% on 2 cars, 7% on 3, 9% on 4, and 11% on 5 or more. The highest qualifying tier applies automatically to the eligible cars in your cart and at checkout. No code is needed. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Basketball and Mini Golf sets do not count toward the car quantity and are not discounted.

Choosing and caring for your toy

Which age is each toy for?

Toto, Drift, and Halo are recommended from 6 months; Mono and Tulip from 1 year; Basketball Set from 2 years; Mini Golf Set from 3 years. Follow each toy’s age and use guidance. Follow each product’s supervision instructions.

Why might the wood look different from the photographs?

Each toy is handcrafted. Variations in grain, colour, and texture are part of the natural material.

How do I clean wooden toys?

Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak or submerge in water. Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture and direct heat.

Does my toy need assembly?

The wooden cars and Mini Golf Set need no assembly. The Basketball Set requires adult assembly. See the product page for details.

Order help

Can I change or cancel an order?

Changes and cancellations are possible only before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible so we can check your order.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Blesii covers reasonable return or replacement shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
