Shopping with Blesii

These terms apply to purchases through blesii.com. Please review the product details, your order, and the policies linked below before paying. For help, email sayhello@blesii.com.

Products and safe use

Check the materials, dimensions, age guidance, assembly, supervision, and care instructions on each product page. Follow the instructions supplied with your toy. Wood grain, colour, and texture may vary naturally; screen colours may also differ from the physical product.

Prices and payment

Prices for delivery in Canada are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Review your delivery address, items, quantities, currency, and final total before completing your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to availability. Sold-out items cannot currently be ordered. If we cannot fulfil an order or need to correct an error affecting it, we will contact you to explain the available options, including a refund for an order we cannot fulfil.

Wooden-car bundle offer

Mix and match Mono, Tulip, Toto, Drift, and Halo wooden cars. Save 5% on 2 cars, 7% on 3, 9% on 4, and 11% on 5 or more. Only the highest qualifying tier applies, automatically, to eligible cars. No code is required. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Basketball and Mini Golf sets are excluded. For a partial return, the refund is based on the amount paid for the returned item after its allocated discount.

Shipping

Canadian orders ship from Ontario within 1 business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer; see your estimated arrival date at checkout. Changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are possible only before dispatch; we will check the order and confirm what is possible. This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and all parts. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and original shipping is non-refundable. There is no restocking fee.
